"Still Life-Gateway to Meditation"
Simplicity is often the medium to complexity. Which is easier to say than a simple mantra repeated over and over and over will bring us to a state of enlightenment (nirvana). Oh well, I said it anyhow. It is thought that enlightenment is obtained through mantras but in actuality (so I've read) it only accomplishes a psychological tranquilizer which will give deep sleep but not true meditation. Kind of like your mother's heartbeat you listened to for nine months. I am not absolutely sure as I do not use a mantra. Maybe I should change the end of the title to "Gateway to Deep Sleep". You will know actual meditation when it happens as you gain the presence of perfect peace as it sweeps over your consciousness.
