"Deciduous Transition"
The more I struggle with an idea and how to portray it during the painting process seems to be directly proportional to the satisfaction I feel when it is finished. No pain, no gain. This painting is another one of my personal favorites, especially the subtle imagery in the background, which is not really visible in these web pictures.
