"Above the Sky"
Higher and higher we go, finding life we didn't know. An attempt to give the viewer an elated feeling that is related to climbing a mountain, but then looking around and realizing another life form has beat you there.

For cloud references I climbed a small mountain myself with photographic equipment strapped to my back and then used a long telephoto lens to get as close as possible to seeing the clouds from an upper vantage point. I have photographed them from airplanes but this seemed more controlled.
